absolutely immaculate! felt like a day of self care and getting pampered :> the staff and instructors were so so nice, the ambience is really hands down the best out of all spin studios & the equipments, etc (eg. aesop products & dyson hairdryers!!)
2. convenience 🧖🏻♀️
i don’t usually shower at fitness studios but the quality of the products & how well the place was upkept made it so convenient for me to wash up right after my spin!
on top of this, you can preorder your drink & get it any time after your class ends! 🥺 i got the acai one and it was so so good, came with a super cute note on the cup as well TT
not forgetting that the studio is right beside telok ayer mrt 🤯
3. intensity 🚴🏼♀️
but the most important factor would still definitely be the spin experience! i loved the music here, especially if you’re a 2000s kid, the music hits! (not sure if it’s same with all instructors)
intensity is good for those not as acquainted with spin but for regulars, i personally think the intensity can be a bit higher!
overall a super enjoyable experience <3 but due to 💰💰the price point, i definitely won’t be changing my go-to studio to this any time soon. however, once in a while, i will definitely be back to pamper myself for a bit 🥰
