• [VIDEO] 4 simple arm workouts to do @ home/gym

    Here are 4 easy-to-follow arm workouts that you can do be it at home or in gym! You may use it as a reference but do note that I’m not a certified trainer and this is just what works for me 👀

    1️⃣ Reverse Bar Curls: 5 x 10

    An exercise that targets primarily the forearms for you to look good even with 3/4 sleeve tops 😮‍💨 Make sure your elbows are slightly bent when performing the exercise and don’t fully extend the arms to maximize the effect. Keep your wrists straightened at all time too to prevent wrist sprains or injuries!

    Do start light for this and increase only after you have gotten used to the movement and the feeling.

    2️⃣ Twist Curls: 5 x 10-10

    A 2-in-1 workout that targets both the forearms and biceps! Keep the elbows stationary throughout the entire movement and perform the movement with a controlled pace. Try to not use momentum as far as possible!

    3️⃣ Hammer Curls: 5 x 10-10

    Another one for the forearms! Pretty much similar to twist curls just less the twist motion at the start.

    4️⃣ Cable Triceps Pushdown: 5 x 10

    One for the triceps to give your arms the extra bulk and aesthetic. You can perform this at home with just a resistance band as well! Don’t allow your elbows to flare outward on the downward push as that’ll place unwanted stress on your shoulders. Make sure your elbows stay close to your side during the entire movement.
