    Hello babes!

    Everyone has their ideal figure and I would like to say that ALL BODY TYPES are beauty’s regardless!! Remember this!

    ⚠️Everyone has their own ideal body type and there is no superior ones over another. As long as you feel comfortable in your own skin, you own it babe. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re shit, you’re not.

    For this post, I would like to say that i have a certain ideal body type and that is to be well-toned, slim looking. Disclaimer, i love my body right now and im proud of it. I worked for it so I deserve to be proud of it. My ideal body is just soemthing i want to work towards to 💪🏼

    🚨 How i get my body type:

    ⚠️⚠️⚠️ “Exercising and dieting” usually comes to mind when people talk about achieving ideal body types. Personally I think the MOST important thing is your ✨mindset✨. You need to learn to understand yourself; WHAT do you want to achieve and WHY you want to achieve that ideal body type. I am a sports coach and this is important in a way that it sets out a goal that has a definitive base for yourself. You don’t have this? Sorry babes you’re just doing it aimlessly and you won’t get far. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

    Be honest with yourself. You can lie to others, it’s fine! But you gotta be brutally honest with yourself. You want to look like a certain celebrity? Sure babe, go for it. You want to lose weight so no one makes fun of you? Yes, do it for your mental health. You want to keep fit? Go for it! ANYTHING. You don’t have a reason? Find that reason as you venture into the fitness scene no matter how long you take. As long as you have something that keeps you going you’re good!

    🚨 Exercising

    I could literally do a whole ass series on the types of exercises you should do, mental health etc (let me know if you want it! I’m very happy/love to share)

    There are many types of exercises out there and you gotta find a type that you like! When you enjoy something, you’ll go far! You like Yoga? Okay. You like Gymming? Go! You like CrossFit? Yeah! You like to run? I’m impressed (bc I don’t enjoy that HAHA) remember to get a whole variety of workout once in awhile to work different body functions. Flexibility, strength, cardio etc. #MyGoTo workout? HIIT with weights. Defo a killer

    🚨 Food

    I Said no dieting and I mean it. Yes, dieting makes 60% of your fitness journey. But if you’re not competing, I feel like the average person should eat whatever that makes them happy. If not you live for what? RIGHT? Here comes your mentality too. Look at the way you look at food. Is it healthy? It better be! 💕

    As long as you keep a good balance between the healthy food the unhealthy ones (better to eat more healthier ones ofc) it’s okay to just eat. You think I don’t snack? I do! 😂 Sometimes I snack so much that it becomes one meal LOL of course I feel like shit, what do to? I’ve already eaten. What I can actually do is to watch my next few snacking intake. Don’t think about “oh because I ate this, I have to run now” I think this is an unhealthy way of looking at food. Eat what makes you happy. You eat so you can exercise, not that you exercise so you can eat. You get it?

    Time to love yourself and change the way you look at food. You’ll be so much healthier and happier! 👏🏼💕
