this is a compound movement as it uses ur glute and hamstrings therefore its best to do this for your first exercise so u will have energy to push through it.
U can choose to do with barbell,dumbbell or smith like i did. GO HEAVY‼️‼️‼️ lock your hips at the top‼️🍑🍑
Single Leg Hip Thrust 4(sets) 12(reps)
this is slightly harder to get the hang of as the movement is harder. (alot of hands and legs coordination) i like to keep my non-working leg straight before hinging up as it warms up my quads‼️ u can keep it bent!
BSS 4(sets) 12(reps)
this is good as it is unilateral which will prevent uneven growth of muscles. BSS Is good for glute growth as it has a higher range of motion.🫣🫣
