    Remember when SG went into circuit breaker in 2020 and all of us were forced to stay at home? I decided that I wanted to lose a bit of weight as my pants were starting to get a little tighter 😭🤣

    Anyway it was the perfect time as I fully exposed myself to a wide range of workout videos such as cardio, HIIT, toning, stretching and strength training (with weights and without).

    As for diet, I don’t fancy doing diet plans. The only thing I cut off, which I believe contributed to my weight loss, is that I omitted carbs – and I am only referring to rice and noodles. I don’t drink sugary drinks on a daily basis, so I was pretty much just hydrating myself with plain water.
