Date & Oat Balls
Time: 20 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
• 1 cup dates, pitted
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
Makes 20 bite sized balls
Steps:
1. Put dates in small pot of water and heat till it boils.
2. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and use a fork to mash them together. You can add a bit of date water if the mixture is dry. You can use a food processor for this step as well but mine was not able to handle the chunky dates + overload of oats 🥲
4. Roll them into balls and refrigerate!
Perfect family bonding activity if you have kids as well!
