• [VIDEO] My mobility routine for leg days

    This is what I never skip on leg days! Warming up is extremely important, and so is a dynamic routine that can prep your lower body for heavy compound lifts 🙂

    I don’t know what most of these exercises are called (lmao) but here are some general tips to help you get started:

    1) Take your time to stretch and release all that tension! Usually I stay in each stretch for about 5 seconds

    2) Repeat each stretch for 8-12 reps! Doesn’t really warm my body much if I’m not doing volume for these dynamic stretches

    3) Hold a bar or wall for support – I didn’t have one here so my balance was put to the test

    4) Engage core and breath as you stretch! Super helpful in relaxing and contracting muscles in your lower body
