    Starting my clean diet by slowly adjusting from cai fan with less gravy meat and vege to cooking a clean meal with high protein daily.

    Find what’s convenient and what is the goal you want to achieve. For me, I don’t like cooking with a recipe so I just have 1 carb, 1 vege, 1 protein and I cook my meals fresh.

    & what’s make me continue my current diet 1 year 5 months and still on-going… is my goal to gain more muscle mass and reduce fat mass 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
