    anyway… let’s dive into the foods you should not consume when you are on your period!

    1. coffee ☕️

    * anything with caffeine (yes, milo is a no no too)

    if you wonder why you are bloated even without having a meal in the morning, this could be the reason!

    ❗️why should you avoid it?

    caffeine blocks a hormone that can make blood vessels smaller, which slows the flow of blood D: *sobs*

    2. spicy foods 🌶

    as a lover of spicy food, i’m beyond upset that i have to steer clear from spicy foods…

    ❗️why should you avoid it?

    cause acid refluxes, which will upset you and may even cause bloating and/or cramps!

    3. alcohol 🥃

    to my party gals, uterus care>drinks!!!

    ❗️why should you avoid it?

    increases the production of both estrogen and testosterone in the body… which makes you PMS & have excessively mood swings
