• [VIDEO] AESTHETIC pilates studio in town for BEGINNERS

I had my last few credits left on Classpass & I decided to go for a new pilates studio in town💫 After scrolling through classpass, I decided to go to Line Pilates 🌸

It seemed like a Korean owned studio as they had Korean classes by Korean Instructors! The studio was so aesthetic and clean, it seemed like they took hygiene really seriously💗

I went for Group Reformer class on a weekday afternoon, and had a small class of 5! Thanks to that, the instructor was more attentive to each and everyone💦 I had a full body session and it was honestly challenging for me too! Had a good session as the instructor really made us pushhh for that last rep🥵

    Overall Experience:

I loved everything about this studio, from the aesthetic, environment to the content of the class and I would definitely recommend to everyone who's looking to start pilates!

    Tips for beginners:

*Come to class a little earlier as you need time to understand how to use the reformer!

*Bring grip socks to avoid buying at the studio! I get mine at Shopee at a much more affordable price with good quality🌸 You can check them out here

*Take your time, follow your own pace – not everyone have the same strength and stamina💗
