We buy movie rights from other countries & distribute them into cinemas across different countries ✨ My company focuses on Southeast Asia so I get to work with partners from Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc’
As the marketing executive, my role is to edit posters & trailers, as well as manage social media 💅 It’s actually a whole lot of fun bc I LOVE designing & come on, who doesn’t like movies? Occasionally we also do gala premiere events & special exhibitions to promote our films 😌
Oh yes, the reason why you clicked in – I get to watch movies that we buy before they get released in cinemas! It’s a HUGE plus & my friends are always blown away by that HAHA 😮💨 This is so I can understand better how to market the films we get!
Just recently, I also got to travel to Korea to meet top stars like Park Seo-jun & Lee Byung-hun 🤩 We were there for the press conference of the movie we bought called “Concrete Utopia”! (P.S. Showing on 24 Aug in SG!)
