In my previous post, I shared about how I failed my first job position as a fresh graduate and the things that I learned it comes to looking for jobs. 👩🏻‍💻

While I was on my job hunting, going for several interviews every single day phase, I honestly struck gold when I went for the interview with Titan. 😩

I had several offers and I had a hard time choosing which one was the best one for me, being wary about what happened to me in my first job and failing my probation. 😭

Eventually, I took the leap and picked Titan Digital Media. Little did I know, I was about to dive headfirst into an ocean of opportunities. On my first week alone, I knew this place was special – the energy, the vibe, it all just clicked. I fit in with the rest of the team SEAMLESSLY 🤯

The amount of faith that was instantaneously given to me really allowed me to shine and prove myself a worthy team player 🙌🏼 My first project, working with IMDA and Google on the National Youth Tech Competition! I was in charge of the whole thing end to end – Coordinating, strategizing, and executing alongside giants in the tech industry. It wasn’t easy but definitely an amazing experience 💯

My project even got featured on Channel News Asia 🥺

On top of that, I get to work closely with Singapore ministers and telling them what to do 🤭 I'm not just talking about some random meet-and-greet, but actually working alongside these big shots to make the projects work 🙌🏼

Now, I know what you're thinking. Is this all sunshine and rainbows? Of course not. There were late nights, stress, and moments when I crumbled but my boss that I work with directly pulled me back up and gave me all the support I could possibly need 🥺 Every challenge I faced, every hurdle I cleared, it was all worth it. The sense of accomplishment, the feeling of making a REAL impact – nothing beats that high. 💯
