sometime around last week, i was invited to my first PR event in a long time!

great event, i socialised quite a bit because the drinks kinda helped loosen my nerves! i was so grateful to be invited to my favorite eyewear brand’s reopening 🥲🫶🏻
they dropped a new 2023 collection that is BOLD and more of daily wear!
✦ dress your BEST
this definitely helped me build confidence because i felt my best in my best outfit ❤️ best to dress in theme if they have any, and pull up in your best fit!
✦ social/PR events = lots of socialising
the moment i entered i felt very overwhelmed because of the amount of well-known celebrities and actors! make some friends and connections there because you’ll never know what other opportunities you may get!
✦ find your group of friends to stay with!
thank god i went with my group of friends with some IG mutuals i have been following for a while so i felt way better! we all chatted till the event was over and i would say i thoroughly enjoyed myself 🙂
