I know there ARE many surveys, focus groups and taste tests out there but (in my opinion) these are the more reliable ones. I have personally participated in all and legit get the assignments once the screener call to ensure I fulfilled the criteria given and get payout once I completed.

(I) SG Survey Kangtao💰 via WhatsApp channel: Well-known MNCs have used these researchers’ help to get feedback on product or services from consumers. Researchers will not reveal the brand but ask for your honest opinions of theirs/competitors’. Personally I have completed some taste tests, product review and focus groups in person or over zoom over the years.

Payout for this channel is higher usually at least $100 and above

Go to WhatsApp> Updates>Channels Remember to ‘unmute’ the channel to receive regular updates on all these assignments. They have very specific time slots – try not to miss them once you pass the screening round. If not the researchers are gonna blacklist you.

(II) Search “Paid Surveys & Research” / “SG Research Lobangs” via Telegram:

These are usually research studies/experiment/feedback loop from renown universities or institutions. I usually look out for rewards section to see if it’s worth doing. Rewards are usually lower but also usually require lesser time commitment and faster to complete. Instead of monetary rewards, some prefer to give out vouchers instead.

🚩please do not anyhow click on weird links from any other external sites. If any person ask you to buy things or transfer any money or download any app (malware), that is DEFINITELY a scam.

These are legit channels which I’ve verified. They will only ask for your contact number to transfer you via paynow (more common) or pay you in person once you completed.

Note: you must be comfortable sharing your generic personal particulars (no sharing of any account password/bank account info) and make sure you pick up the researcher’s call or/and reply them to pass the first screening round.

If you are not contacted, most likely the slots are full or you do not fulfil the ‘extra’ criteria the companies may secretly had in mind.

i’ve tried the basic products like the nivea brightening deodorant and it works for me but idrl it bc it clashes w the perfume i use bc of how strong the nivea deodorant fragrance is🥲🥲 i prefer my perfume fragrance…

Saying that this was so good is an understatement, the portion was so huge and we couldn't finish it, so we had to take away, but even after microwaving the next morning, the flavour was still so strong and good

Heard so many good things about this, and it def didn't disappoint! Unlike many other restaurants which only serves the thickest rim of the squid, Tanjong serves the TENTACLES TOOOOO which I personally really love

The service was pretty good despite it being one of their busier and more crowded days, and our food was served to us really quick! Staff were super friendly as well!! Love, love, LOVE the vibes so much too, honestly better than some of the other beach clubs I've been to 🙂

Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come again:)

for the first time in such a long while, I accidentally “burned” my skin with an EXPENSIVE product from a luxury brand & it was HORRIBLE!! I figured something was wrong 3 mins in having such itchiness & pain & thank goodness that I had my skincare knowledge I have today & managed to subside the redness in a day & woke up with normal skin the next 😭 here’s what I learnt from this experience & I hope none of you will ever experience this!!!! 😤🫵🏻

WHAT I LEARNT 😭 ———

1. ALWAYS PATCH TEST 🔝

as a skincare creator, I receive a huge amount of PR & have lots of new skincare but actually trying out so many & switching up from my usual products can do more harm than good!! for skincare, consistency is key & you should always try out a skincare product for >3 weeks to a few months before switching up!! of course, if your skin is naturally good then it won’t be as damaging for your skin barrier. the mistake I made was assuming it’ll be fine and just using this on my whole face thinking that it was a luxury product & it’ll be fine.

2. KNOW WHAT YOURE LAYERING 🥹

more is not always better especially when it comes to actives! you should NEVER layer some actives (lmk if you want to know what to not layer) & sometimes the skincare product doesn’t explicitly state the actives in contain unless you read the list (cause it’s not their main ingredient but still contain it) my assumption is that I layered something wrong resulting in the burn.

3. GENTLE PRODUCTS FTW IF YOU HAVE SENSI SKIN 🤍

I’m biased but Korean products 🔛🔝 for me all the time. while not all kbeauty products are super good, it’s generally much gentler in formulation & ingredients!!!! no Korean skincare has EVER made my skin burn like this. if you DONT NEED to, I’d say avoid actives unless you know what they are & what benefits they bring/if you NEED that benefit. sometimes if you use actives wrongly it can rly ruin your skin! stick to safe ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, ceramides, centella etc.

I hope my experience & learning lessons help a bit!!! i hope that no one will experience this… let me know if anyones curious to know what I did to calm my skin asap after this 🤍

i LOVEEEEE beauty of joseon's sunscreen and ive gone through 4 authentic tubes so far!!! but this experience w a seller on shopee made me want to cry… i got SCAMMED 4 TUBES….😰 heres my story of how i got scammed and what YOU should look out for so you wont end up like me!

heres a few mistakes i made!

1. i bought them at too good of a price $38 for 4 ($9.50 each) which seemed reasonable since originally its $14 each

2. bought from a listing that has no reviews (only trusted them because they had over 1k followers and 4.8 stars)

3. check authenticity too late

– i only checked for authenticity 1 month after receiving as i still had sunscreen from my remaining tube…. it was hell to order a refund from seller coz it was past return/refund date and i had to go thru shopee customer service to help me apply for return/refund…. thankfully they were nice enough to understand😭😭😭

how to check if your boj sunscreen is authentic?

1. the material of the tubes, fake ones are soft plastic with not metal feel(?? idk if it makes sense) but basically for the REAL one, it dents when pressed and goes completely flat when empty!! for the FAKE one, it'll rise when you press on it!! also product LEAKS out like crazy😓

2. the size of the nozzle, the REAL one is shorter in height and the edge of the nozzle is smoothed out,, unlike the FAKE one, the fake one has a longer nozzle and the edge is not smoothed out, its way sharper than the real one!!!

3. the font on the tubes!! the REAL one is not bolded while the fake one is bolded😓

4. the feeling of the actual product is completely different. i felt like i was placing super diluted concrete on my skin. after it dries down, it cracks a litte also….😭 leaves a white cast on ur skin and it pills!!! so super disgusting……

even if the fake one does not break u out, PLEASE PLEASE dont use them… they most likely DONT contain spf at all and is not protecting ur skin…😭😭😭😭😭
