where do I even begin to talk about red earth studio’s pottery class? 😚😍

on its website, it was stated that classes were only run wednesdays-sundays, with monday and tuesday being closed. but when I enquired, the owner told me that she could open up space for my friend and i to come down on a tuesday!

so we had the WHOLE studio to ourselves 🤯🤯

she was so patient with us and guided us so well – through the wheel and moulding process, to the drying, to the painting. i had never tried pottery before so this guidance was super important for me! the whole class was only supposed to be 3h long but she let us stay almost 2h longer to finish painting 😢

after we finished painting, she brought out 2 desserts she prepared for us… and they were served on plates she made herself 😧

you can really tell that the owner is doing this out of passion and love for the art and that was so heartwarming to see!!

overall, it was a 10/10 experience and it was SUPER WORTH for its price point! would totally recommend this studio to anyone looking to try out pottery!

– A good base. I always use toner as a mask before applying makeup. Must make sure it’s absorbed well before applying moisturiser!

i saw that there was a promo of 1 for 1 hair removal services for just $28 (ending on 31st oct 2023 for certain outlets) and decided to go for it!

MY EXPERIENCE:

• had to pay and take a queue number through a kiosk so it was super easy and smooth transaction

• i paid $56 for both right & left underarm (price list in 2nd & 3rd slide)

• i went to change into the gown that was provided and the best part is SHAVING SERVICES IS INCLUDED!

• after shaving, a cooling gel was applied and they used e-light for the hair removal. it was cooling but at the same time there were parts where it felt hot but not painful at all!!

• the process took around 5 minutes or even lesser which makes it convenient

• you’ll also receive a loyalty card which allows you to get a stamp after spending more than $50 and get different rewards 🩷

• i also received a complimentary voucher which means in my next session, IT WILL BE FREE 🥰

WOULD I RECOMMEND? 🤔

Hi Lemon8 fam!

My boyfriend and I recently celebrated our anniversary, and he brought me to this nice restaurant and I was quite impressed 🥹

We went to LeVeL33 which is located on the 33rd floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre MBFC and wow the view was absolutely breathtaking 😍😍 Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to get a outdoor seat even when he booked like a month in advance (yup it’s quite crazy 🤣) but the interior of the restaurant is really nice and photogenic plus we can go outside to take photos so no worries at all!

We didn’t order too much but everything we ordered was on point 👌🏻 The first dish we had was the Beef Tartare (💰$26) and phew it was so good!! The meat was cooked to perfection and it was super tender and flavourful! The portion size is surprisingly big enough too so it was quite worth 👍🏻 For mains we had the Local Seabass (💰$39) and the Free Range Australian Pork Chop (💰$42) which were super tasty 🤤 The fish skin was pan seared till it was super crispy while the meat was still super tender. They also have ice plant on the side and ooo I really liked the texture 🤓 And the pork chop was super delicious like it was SO SOFT it melts in your mouth 🥹 They use a miso and blond lager marinate which is sweet tasting but the sweetness is just right, it won’t be too jelak! And they also have this small portion of pickles which I LOVED IDK WHY I JUST LOVED IT ❤️

They are known for their craft beer but we didn’t get to try it cuz I was driving and my bf doesn’t really like alcohol, but I think if you have the chance to come here you should definitely try it! And also you should defo book very early in advance especially if you want an outdoor seat 😉

1. lots of mirror 🤭‼️

– everytime i work in uniqlo i couldn’t stop looking at myself. its like im so attracted to myself everytime i work.

2. 30% DISCOUNT !✨

– that sweatshirt might be $59.90, but i bought it for $9.90 online because im a style hint staff😆! and also those jeans that is 59.90 will also be minus off 30% = $41.93 but for me i always wait for sale item to go on markdown ! like 39.90 = $27.93. the university shirt it was 29.90 >>> 19.90 >>> 14.90 >>> 9.90 and no one still bought it ?? so i bought like three pieces and is just like $6+ for one shirt ! so what a steal am i right ?

3. FASHIONABLE

in uniqlo no matter what u overdress or underdress no one will judge you 😍 because u can wear anything as long as its UNIQLO😎. but cannot wear tank top or just bra lorh and cannot wear shorts ! uk why we dressed up because we are walking mannequin 😱😱.

– im a part timer and i work for almost 2 years already ! some rumors i heard that uniqlo is toxic but its not ! because i tend to work alone because of the schedule is given and i like working alone ! so yea u can also choose ur own timing !

Some girls HATE condoms because they feel kinda weird, but I was super curious about these flavoured condoms from Durex. Got a few samples from my bestie and was like, why not give it a try? I got the chocolate and strawberry-flavoured ones, and they’re priced at about S$20 for a pack of 12.

The first thing I noticed is that the condoms ACTUALLY taste like strawberry and chocolate. But you’ll have to put them on your partner and then take them OFF to taste the flavours. For some reason the condoms are also quite tight, and can be pretty uncomfortable, so I highly recommend sizing up!

Another complaint I typically hear from my female friends who practice safe sex is that condoms feel very dry. Surprisingly, these ones were lubricated well, and as the female, I can hardly feel them.

There are also tiny dots on the condoms that are supposed to enhance stimulation, but honestly, I couldn’t feel them at all. It’s like they weren’t there to begin with.

Overall, I LOVE these condoms but my partner is a lot less willing to wear them because he says they can be very tight. So I think they’re a lot more enjoyable for the gals, and if you want your man to feel more comfortable while wearing them, I suggest you get a size up!
