As I was searching for wedding gowns, I decided to look on Shein… and I realised that they carry a TON of beautiful gowns which are really affordable too!
These are the ones I've tried:
1. Sequin gown with rhinestone chain sleeves ($89)
This gown is really over-the-top and bling, but it's actually kind of amazing?!
I never envisioned myself picking something like this, but when I put this gown on, it really feels super fun.
It's giving mermaid! 🧜🏻💃🏻🪩
2. Satin gown with asymmetric neck ($26)
Love how minimalist and modern this gown looks, and can you believe it's only $26?!?!
This is one of my favourite picks for sure.
The only thing is that the bust area is a bit too big for me, so I'll have to get it altered. Not sure if it's too risky, and whether the satin fabric will look weird after alterations!
3. Off-shoulder gown with gauzy sleeves ($50)
Another minimalist gown!
I feel like the neckline of this gown is flattering and shows off my collarbones nicely.
But the off-shoulder sleeves are a liitttttle constricting, might not be the most comfortable gown to be in.
4. Lace sleeved gown ($69)
This is my least favourite of the lot!
I love the design of the gown, but somehow I think it looks much better on the model than it does on me.
It's so hard to decide 🥺🥺🥺
