Hi Lemon8 fam!
My boyfriend and I recently celebrated our anniversary, and he brought me to this nice restaurant and I was quite impressed 🥹
We went to LeVeL33 which is located on the 33rd floor of Marina Bay Financial Centre MBFC and wow the view was absolutely breathtaking 😍😍 Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to get a outdoor seat even when he booked like a month in advance (yup it’s quite crazy 🤣) but the interior of the restaurant is really nice and photogenic plus we can go outside to take photos so no worries at all!
We didn’t order too much but everything we ordered was on point 👌🏻 The first dish we had was the Beef Tartare (💰$26) and phew it was so good!! The meat was cooked to perfection and it was super tender and flavourful! The portion size is surprisingly big enough too so it was quite worth 👍🏻 For mains we had the Local Seabass (💰$39) and the Free Range Australian Pork Chop (💰$42) which were super tasty 🤤 The fish skin was pan seared till it was super crispy while the meat was still super tender. They also have ice plant on the side and ooo I really liked the texture 🤓 And the pork chop was super delicious like it was SO SOFT it melts in your mouth 🥹 They use a miso and blond lager marinate which is sweet tasting but the sweetness is just right, it won’t be too jelak! And they also have this small portion of pickles which I LOVED IDK WHY I JUST LOVED IT ❤️
They are known for their craft beer but we didn’t get to try it cuz I was driving and my bf doesn’t really like alcohol, but I think if you have the chance to come here you should definitely try it! And also you should defo book very early in advance especially if you want an outdoor seat 😉
