    another simple meal

    ingredients: Tofu, egg & mince garlic

    1. mash up the tofu/toukwa (quite therapeutic)

    2. fried the egg omelette 🥚n minced it abit

    3. fried the mash up tofu/toukwa till it become dry

    4. spread the dry up tofu/toukwa just like the pic

    5. put in the minced garlic fried with abit of oil till

    light golden colour

    6. pour in the egg n mixed them together

    7. add pepper, salt or fish sauce to your taste

    (do note when food is hot it might taste less salty but

    after u dish out the temperature will drop a bit n the salty taste will surface more, so new cooks may like to take note of this)
