this recipe is very similar to the choco rolls one, just that the filling is made of mashed up sweet potatoes. a tip is to buy indonesia honey sweet potato (my fav) cuz its really superrr sweet, tbh prefer them over the japanese kind which can get quite dry. also if yall like to eat sweet potatoes on its own, bake them in oven to make them caramelised 🤤🤤🤤
for this recipe, you'll need (for 20 rolls):
500g bread flour
300g milk
120g sugar
10g yeast
1 tsp salt
100g unsalted butter
sweet potato filling:
1 whole sweet potato
120g milk
80g sugar
50g cake flour
30g unsalted butter
