⸝ ˴ So you love cats and am looking to go to a cat cafe, but aren’t sure which to go in Singapore? Don’t worry, I got you! I’ve been to a few cat cafes here so far (The Cat Cafe, Meowmi) and I can say, my best experience would be NekoTown!
༉ Why? Firstly, they have unique cats that aren’t your typical HDB breeds. Nothing wrong with those, it’s just that if I were to spend my money going to a cat cafe, wouldn’t I want to see a breed that I’m unable to chance upon downstairs easily?
Secondly, the area is pretty spacious compared to the ones I’ve been to before. I could easily walk around the place without feeling awkward around the other visitors. Perhaps it may also be because I went on a weekday when there were less people?
Thirdly, they’re the cheapest for the amount of cats you get to interact with, free flow drinks provided.
Moreover, the toilet was also clean and spacious.
(Side note: there was a random huge parrot guarding the toilet from the outside which I thought was pretty funny).
ะ However, if you’re someone who is looking to visit a cat cafe for the dining experience, it’s not for you as they don’t provide pastries, desserts etc.
I personally don’t mind this as I visit cat cafes for the furry friends `(ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈) `
๑ For my non Easties, it might be inconveniently far and out of the place for you as the cat cafe is located in the East. However, I definitely think it’s worth going to!
I travelled there by taking the train to Paya Lebar MRT station, then walked for about 10 minutes.
