Cha shu tsukemen. It is a ramen dish in 🇯🇵 cuisine consisting of noodles that are eaten after being dipped in a seperate bowl of soup / broth. Also a way of preventing the noodles from becoming soggy too quickly. FOC meal as i was working there, so its a staff meal. A brand by JFH
