before posting on lemon8 i barely had any public social media presence and only really posted on my instagram account. i’ve always loved sharing my opinions and recommendations with all my friends though + i’m really into design and graphics! both of these combined really drove me towards the direction of content creation🤩
for me, tiktok and instagram were too mainstream and scary for me because i mean literally EVERYONE is on there and its really daunting for you to be candid about your views and opinions on various things. lemon8 on the other hand has a smaller group of users with such a wholesome community where everyone comments on each others posts and is really honest about the things that they are passionate about! (which is why i’m super in love with the platform)
so, how do i come up with content? well this account is essentially like a brain dump for me HAHAH i share all the recommendations i would usually share with my friends and document my life, my outfits and everything in between! it’s important for you to know what you want and like to share & focus on that😮💨don’t jump onto the trends like everyone else if it doesn’t interest you, just continue doing what you’re doing and posting things that interest you!
