everton park has so many cafes and saw this cafe on tiktok like one year ago ๐คฉ the cafe was pretty small but we came here before lunchtime and luckily there were spaces. and the cakes were so so pretty ๐คญ would love to take picture of each one individually

loved the white translucent glazing decorated with the chamomile flowers ๐ผ and the cake was soft and moist, with the flowers embedded in them! i felt that it made the fragrance and the taste of the chamomile even more pronounced ๐

the sauce was very strong flavour like butterscotch and more thick and sticky than a normal sauce. This makes it more dense and heavy but luckily, the date pudding is super moist ๐๐ป and the vanilla ice cream also provides a refreshing and icy contrast and help to ease some of the heaviness of the sauce
