Hi zesties!!! I finally had a go at a pottery painting workshop and I'm so happy that we have it here in Singapore now 😭😭😭✨ Can't wait to share more details here below:

Location 📍: Queensway Shopping Centre, Level 3

    “Pottery Please”

I would advise taking till redhill/queenstown MRT and taking a bus from there!

Price 🏷️: SUPER AFFORDABLE at $28, which covers a 1.5 hour session to paint your pottery + glazing afterwards (note that it excludes your chosen pottery piece)

Any subsequent extension is at $5 per 30 minutes (which I eventually opted for :b)

Key Highlights & What to Expect:

1️⃣ Recommended: Make a booking through their IG to secure a slot beforehand!

2️⃣ When you arrive for your session, you'll be directed to your seat and given a brief of what you can expect. You will also be able to pick & choose whether you want to paint on a cup/plate of various sizes at different prices. This is not included in the $28 studio fee! But the plate I picked was $8 which I felt is reasonably priced!

3️⃣ Once you've chosen your item, whip out your sketch and start straightaway! I would recommend preparing what you want to paint beforehand so that you don't waste time on the day itself ~

4️⃣ Midway through your sketch, you'll be asked to indicate what paint colours you'll be using in your plate! They'll help get the paint for you 🙂

5️⃣ During the painting session, you'll be advised to paint 3 layers so that the colours will be more obvious. Also, painting is actually quite tough so I would advise leaving 1 hour for this 😭

6️⃣ Once you're done, just submit your work and make payment, and you'll just need to wait till the following week once your item has been glazed!

Overall, I'd highly highly recommend this workshop because I had sooooo much fun!!!! I'd do this over any other workshop ^_^
