It is said that 5 minutes in the 40-degree tub would fully open your pores; ten minutes would achieve a full detox, and 20 minutes is equivalent to “running 10km”! You can refer to the photo for some of the benefits, but mainly it helps with detoxification through perspiration, blood circulation rejuvenation, and the elimination of fatigue 💤
As for the massage, you can choose between a machine or manual one. I opted for the machine massage for a change, but honestly, I'll recommend you to do the manual massage instead because the machine one is quite painful for me LOL
The service is good and the spa room is very clean. I can totally see why this is so viral on XHS 👍🏼 I’ll definitely recommend you to try it at least once for a weekend of rest and relaxation! In fact, you can even surprise your date or partner with this date idea in JB!
