recently i've been into cushions, so i purchased both cushions that were highly raved by all the girlies!
fyi i'm q a tanned girl so its hard for me to find a good shade for my skin 🙁
details of both cushions:
💗 CLIO KILL COVER HIGH GLOW CUSHION

– shade 4 ginger (their darkest shade)

🩶 ROM&ND NU ZERO CUSHION
– $32 w refill
– shade 5 sand (their darkest shade)
– matte finish
– high coverage
💭 THOUGHTS ABOUT CLIO CUSHION:
i'm tanned skin so obv i had to get their darkest shade.. however, their darkest shade is still a little light on me tbh! applying it on my face def gives off a glowy and natural look, and i really liked that feature, but i would say its not really suitable for v tanned skin girlies! tip: go to watsons and look for this cushion, swatch it on ur hand first to see if the shade matches well! it def helps ☺️ ALSO, CLIO's cushion designs always gets me… SUPER PRETTY PACKAGING omg
CONCLUSION — i love how glowy the cushion is on my skin, so i would actually purchase this again after i finish my current one. price is good and affordable too for the quality! fyi: CLIO is well known for its cushions as its transfer proof and gives a natural look! IMO, its not very transfer proof, BUT if you use a tissue to dab your face it won't transfer so thats good! if wipe face then maybe will transfer…
💭 THOUGHTS ABOUT ROM&ND CUSHION:
same as CLIO, i purchased their darkest shade as it looks closest to my skin colour! OMG CAN I SAY HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS??? the shade matches my skin perfectly, gives off a matte and natural look which i love!! its affordable and good for the quality too!! ROM&ND is well know for their water base cushion, but i love the nu zero one more as it has higher coverage!
CONCLUSION — i think ROM&ND's cushion shade fits tan girlies more as its darker, as you can see the swatches on my hand, in the photos. its cheaper than clio too ~
💭🍋 OVERALL SUMMARY:
in terms of shade, ROM&ND suits me better. in terms of glow, CLIO is better! so it really depends on personal preferences.. but all in all, i feel both cushions has its pros and cons, both of them give off natural looks, and both are of good quality! i will actually buy both and just switch around to have different looks ☺️☺️
